Organizational Management

"Of the many valuable aspects of the program, the process of gaining credits for professional training and life learning experience, was most important for me. I was able to draw on a breadth and depth of experience, and realized the importance of reflection, as I had to actively reflect on my experiences in order to demonstrate the learning that took place."

Annie Sealy
Director of Finance, Town of Gates

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Organizational Management (OM)degree completion program at Roberts Wesleyan College.  We provide an opportunity for busy working adults to gather up past credits, receive credit for life experience, and complete a bachelor’s degree in as little as 15 months. As with so many of our graduates, the result will be a life-changing experience that will benefit you and your organization.

The OM program was initially introduced in 1986 as one of the first adult-oriented programs available in the United States.  Since then, thousands of adult graduates have found success in the accelerated format of the OM program.  Today, Roberts’ faculty will challenge your thinking and promote the practical application of concepts to your place of employment and to your life.  In addition, through our cohort model and interactive learning system, you will learn from your classmates as well as your professors.

Based on graduate feedback, our curriculum continues to evolve in order to keep the program contemporary and vital.  Our academic advisor is anxious to introduce you to Roberts and answer your educational questions.  Please contact our admissions office at 585.594.6210 and discover the difference Roberts Wesleyan College can make in your life!
