Guest Tickets, Photography,
and DVD Information

Commencement Tickets and Seating Information
> Commencement tickets are REQUIRED for guests of ALL AGES 
(including babies and young children) to enter the Voller Athletic Center Arena. 

> Each participating graduate may request a maximum of FIVE (5)  guest tickets
 via
the Online Order Form, by Thursday, April 30.  

Participants may pick-up pre-ordered Commencement Ceremony tickets starting March 23, in the Office of Student Life, lower Rinker, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Tickets not picked up in advance, will be packaged with your cap and gown. 

> One more guest?   Starting March 16, the student graduate may request one additional ticket via email to: SW_studentdev@roberts.edu, with the subject line "Extra Commencement Ticket" This will be a first-come, first-served ticket distribution until additional tickets are no longer available. You will be notified via reply email within two weeks of your request, whether an additional ticket is available.  

Seating is limited. In consideration of others, please order only the number of guest tickets you will need. If you will not be needing all of the tickets you originally ordered, please return them to the Office of Student Life, lower Rinker, so that others may use them.

> Additional guest seating will be available in Hale Auditorium, Howard Stowe Roberts Cultural Life Center.  The auditorium will be air-conditioned and set up with live video feed on a large screen.  This may be a more comfortable location for some of your guests who wish to take part in your graduation.  Tickets are NOT REQUIRED for guests entering Hale Auditorium.  Doors to Hale Auditorium will open for guests at 1:00 p.m.

> Will Call tickets for guests may be left and picked up at the information desk inside the lower level main entrance to the Voller Athletic Center beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 9. Be sure the graduate's name is on the envelope.

Guest Information
> For directions to Roberts Wesleyan College and area hotel information, please use link at left menu for visitor information. Please arrange a location outside the V.A.C. for the student graduate to meet his/her guests following the Commencement Ceremony.  Please plan to arrive on campus by 1:00 p.m. to allow time for parking, and then shuttle rides or walking to the V.A.C. Arena.

> Guests should be seated by 1:45 p.m. Guests should enter one of the three entrances on the lower level of the Voller Athletic Center.  One of the entrances will be wheelchair accessible and will be identified as such. Doors to the Arena will be open for guests at 1:00 p.m. At 1:50 p.m., the doors will close in preparation for the Processional, and will re-open when the Processional has concluded.  Ushers will allow guests to hold seats until 1:45 p.m., at which time guests will be asked to fill in all empty seats to allow seating for those present. 

Photographs
A professional photographer will take a photo of you and President Porterfield as you cross the platform. The photographer will take a second photo of you after you descend the platform. A flyer, packaged with your cap and gown, will provide instructions should you choose to purchase these photographs. 

DVD Information
DVDs include both the Baccalaureate Service and Commencement Ceremony on the same DVD and are available for purchase. ($10.00 each if picked up; $15.00 each if mailed). DVD's must be ordered at the time the ceremony guest tickets are ordered via the Online Order Form, by Thursday, April 30. Your pre-ordered DVD will be available at the end of May.

Flower Sale to benefit Mission Trip
Flowers will be available for purchase at Spring Commencement (cash or check only).  A table will be located inside the Voller Athletic Center Arena from 1:00-2:00 p.m. and immediately following the ceremony.  Flowers will be sold in ½ dozen bouquets for $20.00.  All proceeds will support the team for the Costa Rica Mission trip.
