Commencement Tickets and Seating Information
A Commencement ticket is REQUIRED for guests of ALL AGES (including babies and young children)
 entering the Voller Athletic Center Arena. Each participating graduate may request a maximum of FIVE (5) tickets via the Online Order Form, which must be submitted online to the Office of Student Development by Thursday, May 1.  Once ordered, Commencement ceremony tickets may be picked up at anytime in the Office of Student Development, lower Rinker, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Tickets not picked up in advance will be packaged with your cap and gown. If additional tickets become available, they will also be offered to participating graduates on a first-come, first-served basis beginning on Friday, May 2, at 8:00 a.m. in the Office of Student Development. 

Seating is limited. In consideration of others, please order only the number of tickets you will need. If you will not be needing all of the tickets you originally ordered, please return them to the Office of Student Development, lower Rinker, so that others may use them.

Additional guest seating will be available in Hale Auditorium, Howard Stowe Roberts Cultural Life Center.  The auditorium will be air-conditioned and set up with live video feed on a large screen.  This may be a more comfortable location for some of your guests who wish to take part in your graduation.  Tickets are NOT REQUIRED for guests entering Hale Auditorium.  Doors to Hale Auditorium will open for guests at 1:00 p.m.

Guest Information 
Please provide your guests with directions to Roberts Wesleyan College and area hotel information, as appropriate, using visitor online information. You might also suggest a location outside where your guests can meet you following Commencement. 

Will Call tickets for guests may only be picked up at the information desk inside the lower level main entrance to the Voller Athletic Center beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 10. Be sure the graduate's name is on the envelope.

Guests are asked to enter one of the three entrances on the lower level of the Voller Athletic Center.  One of the entrances will be wheelchair accessible and will be identified as such. Doors to the Arena will be open for guests from 1:00 p.m. - 1:50 p.m., at which time they will close in preparation for the Processional.  (Arena doors will re-open when the Processional has concluded).  Guests should be seated by 1:50 p.m. Ushers will allow guests to hold seats until 1:45 p.m., at which time guests will be asked to fill in all empty seats to allow seating for those present. 

A professional photographer will take a photo of you and President Martin as you cross the platform. The photographer will take a second photo of you after you descend the platform. A flyer, packaged with your cap, gown, and tickets, will provide instructions should you choose to purchase these photographs. 

DVD Information
DVDs include both Baccalaureate and Commencement ceremonies on the same DVD and are available for purchase. ($10.00 each if picked up; $15.00 each if mailed). Any DVD's must be ordered at the time the ceremony tickets are ordered and submitted via the Online Order Form by Thursday, May 1. Your pre-ordered DVD will be available at the end of May.

Flower Sale for Missions Trip
Flowers will be available for purchase at Commencement (cash or check only). A table will be located at the Voller Athletic Center Arena from 1:00-2:00 p.m. and immediately following the ceremony.  Flowers will be sold by the 1/2 dozen for $15.00 and a dozen for $30.00.  All proceeds will support the Ireland Mission's Team.
