Tuesday, August 30, 2016 “Disability Awareness”

Community Chapel will be led by Lida Merrill, 2006 Northeastern Seminary Masters of Arts in Theological Studies graduate and 2015 Distinguished Alumni Award recipient.

At the Albany, Buffalo, and Syracuse sites Alumni Prayer Connections will be offered. In these sessions, and alumni will facilitate an evening prayer or devotional with Core students during the first and last class of each semester. The intimate settings at each location will allow students to interact and build a relationship with alumni in their respective community.

College Night at the Red Wings
Time: 6:15 PM | Location: Garlock Dining Commons parking loop

Cheer on Rochester’s own minor league baseball team as they battle the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs. Enjoy Roberts’ own Key of She a capella group as they sing The National Anthem before the game, then stay for the post-game Fireworks show!  Free bus transportation for undergraduate students dparts from the Garlock/upper Rinker parking lot at 6:15 p.m. Game starts at 7:05 p.m. Tickets are $3, available at the Roberts Bookstore through September 1. Sponsored by the Office of Student Life.

After you grab a bite to eat (or you can take it with you) head on down for the remaining part of the Men’s Soccer game vs. Chestnut Hill! Bring your ID card. Bubble Ball Extreme
Time: 10:00 PM | Location: Artificial Turf Field (rain site: VAC Arena)

Keep the Redhawk excitement going! It's soccer, it's bumper cars, it's BubbleBall! Combining the skill of soccer with the thrill of bouncing off opponents in your own giant ball of fun, this craze will have you head over heels, literally. The first 30 students are free. Additional students can pay $10 to play. Sponsored by the Office of Student Life.
