Prior to becoming the head coach at Roberts Wesleyan College, Coach Segave served as assistant coach at Rochester Institute of Technology. During his time with the Lady Tigers, RIT enjoyed a season of firsts in 2006-2007, including the programs first winning season, first Empire 8 tournament berth, and first ECAC tournament bid.

Coach Segave is excited to have this opportunity to give back to his alma mater (2006, Organizational Management) as Head Women’s Basketball Coach. Under Coach Segave, the Lady Raiders are developing a high energy; high intensity program that works hard on both ends of the court and displays the values of the college both on and off the floor.
