In the 2000-2001 season, Churchville-Chili won their first Monroe County Division II title.  That same season Coach McCoy was selected Division II Coach of the Year and Churchville-Chili Central School Coach of the Year.

Coach McCoy and the Raiders had a breakout season in 2005-2006. Roberts finished with 18 wins and a final four appearance at the National Christian College Athletic Association Tournament in Oakland City, Indiana. During his four year tenure Coach McCoy has coached 9 All-AMC North recipients, one All-AMC Freshman Team player, three NCCAA All-Americans, and two NAIA All-Americans.

A native of Kenmore, New York, Rob resides in Scottsville, New York with his wife, Karen, son, Caleb, and daughter, Haley.
