The mission of the Roberts Wesleyan College Social Work Division is to prepare students for social work practice at the baccalaureate, master’s, and post master’s levels which meets the highest standards of professional social work competence and is informed by our commitment to Christian faith and practice.

Believing that social work and Christian values converge in affirming the value and dignity of every person and the mandate to enhance human well-being through love and justice, the department is committed to a model of service to all people and to all of society which includes:
