Music Major Audition Day Schedule

*RWC Preview Day

* students auditioning should also register for RWC Preview Day

8:30 a.m. - 8:50 a.m. Registration for Preview Day in Cox Hall

9:00 a.m. - 9:50 a.m. Attend Music History and Literature I in Cox Hall

10:00 a.m. Optional guided tour of campus

11:00 a.m. Attend Chapel in Hale Auditorium, Cultural Life Center

12:00 p.m. Admissions and Financial Aid Presentation - Hale Auditorium

12:40 p.m. Lunch in Garlock with music faculty (meet in Cox Hall at 12:30)

2:00 p.m. MUSIC DEPARTMENT SCHOLARSHIP SESSION in Shewan Recital Hall (Cultural Life Center). During this session, you will learn more about being a music major at Roberts, meet and hear performances by music faculty and students, and have the opportunity to ask questions of faculty and students. All students and families are encouraged to join us for this session.

3:00 p.m. Student Life Panel in Hale Auditorium, CLC or attend

Men's Chorus rehearsal

4:00 p.m. Attend Wind Ensemble rehearsal, Shewan Recital Hall

*AUDITION SCHEDULE:

(you must complete and submit an Audition Application form)

9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Piano, brass, percussion, woodwind, strings, piano, and guitar auditions in Shewan Recital Hall (Cultural Life Center)

All students also take their theory test at this time.

10:00 p.m. - 12:30 p.m. Voice auditions in Cox Auditorium

All students also take their theory test at this time.

Additional auditions may be scheduled at 3:00 p.m. and later.

*You will be scheduled for an audition time. You will receive a letter

confirming your audition time when we receive your Audition Application form.
