Providing Certificates of Insurance
When RWC is requested to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI), it is because that organization wants to obtain proof that RWC is insured to cover any possible accident, damage, injuries that happen during the course of RWC’s time on their property, etc.  Submit a request form to the Treasurer’s Office to obtain a COI.  Many times individuals are requested to provide a COI by way of a contract.  All contracts should be reviewed by the Treasurer’s Office.    For additional information, please look under “Services”.     Request for Certificate of Insurance (doc)

For this same reason, RWC will request a COI from someone coming onto their property.  When it is a student activity, this is considered an activity for doing business.  However, anyone coming onto the property that is not directly related to education of our students is requested to provide a COI.
