Payment Procedure for Enrollment
Fees must be paid in full by cash or check (payable to Roberts Wesleyan College) at time of enrollment at the Service Desk; there is a $30 fee for returned checks.
Tuition is not transferable, nor is it subject to refund.
Photo I.D.
Upon payment of enrollment, new participants will receive a temporary identification card. You will need to get your new card within two weeks of enrollment. ID cards are permanent and will be reused upon renewal. Do not discard them. Ages 16 and over need a photo ID card.
For security reasons, we require all participants/guests to scan a valid photo ID card at the Service Desk on the lower level of the VAC. Identification cards are not only needed when you enter the building, but when issued equipment or other amenities as well.
A $5.00 fee is charged for replacement of a lost ID card. ID cards are non-transferable.
