Don’t Forget your Parking Permits for Fall ‘08

All vehicles on campus property must be registered with Security. Please call the Campus Safety & Security Office at 594-6170 with questions.

• COMMUTER STUDENTS
The fee for parking will be included in your student financial statement. You may stop by the Campus Safety and Security office in Room 241 of the Voller Athletic Center (8a-4p) after August 1st to register your car and pick up your new hang tag. Be prepared with your license plate number, make, model and year of your car.

• RESIDENT STUDENTS:
Look for complete details for choosing your parking lot location on the resident student car registration form. Based on your Residence Hall assignment, you will be asked to make your lot selection, submit the completed form, and provide payment as directed to the Cashier’s Office in the Rinker Community Center Building by 8/15/08. andPick up your parking pass in the security office upon your return to campus in August. There are limited spaces in parking lot B near the Quad Residence buildings and Lot I near Beeson. These lots will be assigned on a first come first serve basis using the date of receipt of payment.

Before a permit will be issued, you must have proof of payment supplied by the Cashier’s Office.

• TEMPORARY PERMITS:
A temporary permit can be used for up to a two week period. Students are eligible for one per semester if they will have a vehicle on campus for less than two weeks. Overnight guests are also issued these permits. There is no fee for a temporary permit.
