Academic Building Security

Roberts Wesleyan College provides 24 hour a day security to our campus properties and persons. Academic buildings are open for use during the weekdays and evening hours when classes are in session. Some buildings are open on the weekends as dictated by academic needs. The general public can attend cultural and recreational events on the campus, but will be limited to the facilities in which the event is being held.

At night and at times when the campus is closed, buildings are kept locked. Access to Academic Buildings is limited to faculty, staff, and students with prior authorization and proper identification. Campus employees who have assigned office and work areas are issued keys to these areas and are responsible for reporting lost or stolen keys to Campus Security. Staff that has a need for master keys based on their job descriptions are also responsible for reporting lost or stolen keys to Campus Security.
