Commencement Ticket and Seating Information
A Commencement ticket is required for each guest entering the Voller Athletic Center Arena.  Each participating graduate may request up to seven(7) tickets via the Online Reservation Form, which must be completed and received in the Office of Student Services by Monday, May 5, 2008.  Commencement tickets will be packaged with your cap and gown.  If additional tickets become available, they will be offered -- on a first-come, first-served basis on Monday, May 12, 2008, and can be picked up in the Office of Student Services between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Additional guest seating will be available in Hale Auditorium, Roberts Cultural Life Center.  The auditorium will be air-conditioned and set up with sound and a large screen.  This may be a more comfortable location for some of your guests who wish to take part in your graduation.  Tickets are not required for guests entering Hale Auditorium.  Doors to Hale Auditorium will open for guests at 2:00 p.m.

Guest Information
Please provide your guests with directions to Roberts Wesleyan College and area hotel information, as appropriate, using the following online information. You might also suggest a location outside where your guests can meet you following Commencement.

All guests are asked to enter the Voller Athletic Center on the lower level.  Doors to the Arena will be open for guests from 2:00 p.m. – 2:50 p.m., at which time they will close in preparation for the Processional.  (Arena doors will re-open when the Processional has concluded.)  Guests should be seated by 2:45 p.m. Ushers will allow guests to hold seats until 2:45 p.m., at which time guests will be asked to fill in all empty seats to allow seating for those present.

Photographs
A professional photographer will take a photo of you and President Martin as you cross the platform. The photographer will take a second photo of you after you descend the platform. A flyer, packaged with your cap, gown, and tickets, will provide instructions should you choose to purchase these photographs.

Separately, you and your guests may want to take advantage of a special back drop that will be set up near the trophy case in the lobby of the Arena. This area would be an ideal place for group photos following Commencement.

DVD/Video Information
DVDs and videos of Commencement will be available for purchase ($10.00 each if picked up; $15.00 each if mailed). Requests must be made via the Online Reservation Form, which must be completed and received in the Office of Student Services by Monday, May 5, 2008.  Your reserved DVD and/or video will be available in June.
