       The Management Major prepares students to be effective leaders within multiple organizational contexts (entrepreneurial ventures, non-profit organizations, small and large corporations, hierarchical or flatter organizations). The major builds on a strong general education foundation with coursework in core business disciplines (management, accounting, marketing, finance, economics, and information systems), and concentrations in human resource management, entrepreneurship, and general management.

       Students must earn a grade point average of at least 2.50, both cumulative and in the Management courses, to graduate in the major.
