Letter of Intent Form
Please see your coach to obtain a Letter of Intent to complete. By Signing the Letter of Intent you will agree to the following conditions:

Be academically eligible and maintain academic eligibility throughout the season by both Roberts Wesleyan and NAIA standards.

Abide by the standards of conduct as stated in the Roberts student handbook and be representative of the mission of Roberts Wesleyan College.

Participate in both off-season and in-season training, including team and individual workouts / meetings scheduled or approved by the head coach.

Remain an active participant on the team for the entire school year.

Work with the athletic trainer in the event of an injury or medical condition.

In the estimation of the coaching staff, perform at a scholarship worthy level, including but not limited to, fitness, overall performance, attitude and effort.
Failure to comply with any of the above conditions may result in ineligibility to participate and/or loss of scholarship.
