Code of Conduct Form
As a member of a Roberts Wesleyan College Sports Team:

I will be academically eligible and maintain eligibility throughout the season by both RWC standards and NAIA standards.

I will abide by the standards of conduct stated previously and as stated in the RWC handbook.

I will participate and be on time to all practices, games and/or meetings called by the coaching staff.

I will understand, accept and be representative of the mission of this team and of RWC.

I understand that membership of this team is a “privilege granted” and not a “right demanded”.

I understand that the coaches are the leaders and that I must abide by their instructions at all times.
Failure to comply with any of the above conditions may result in loss of Athletic Grant and team membership.
