Enrollment and Resident Status Form

The $150 Enrollment Deposit (non-refundable after May 1) is your formal acceptance of our offer of admission.  Receipt of the deposit insures you a place in our incoming class.

Please complete this form and submit your deposit(s) by:May 1 for the Fall semester.

 



- Requires only the $150.00 enrollment deposit. Once we receive this form and your deposit, you will be sent an '"Application to Live Off Campus/Commute” to complete and return.
- Requires the $150.00 enrollment deposit and a $100.00 Room & Key deposit that will secure your housing assignment.
