College Level Examination Program (CLEP)
| Roberts Wesleyan College recongnizes work done beyond standard high school achievement. Below find a list of CLEP Exams that RWC will accept for transfer credit and the transfer equivalency. Please note that if a course is not listed but is given by The College Board, RWC may not accept the credits. Make sure that the exam which you will be taking is transferable as the course equivalent desired. No more than 30 credit hours may be awarded for credit by examination. |
| The essay portion of certain exams must be submitted as noted in the last column. Credit cannot be granted without approval of the essay by RWC faculty. |
| Credits cannot be posted to the student’s academic record unless an official copy from the College Exam Board is received by the Registration Office. Transcripts issued to students will not be accepted or considered official. |
| |
| Official records of scores can be requested by writing or calling the College Examination Board offices at the address or phone number below. Please have scores sent to the Registration Office. |
| |
| The following code can be used at the time of the test to have the scores sent directly to the college. #2759 |
| After the Registration Office receives and reviews the College Board transcript and any required essays, transfer credits will be awarded for successfully completed exams. A $25.00/per credit fee will be posted to your bill once the CLEP credit has been awarded. |
