Guest lecturer at numerous training programs and colleges in the Western New York area.
School Director for two Basic part-time Training Academies run in Wyoming County (1981-82 and 1984-85). Position entailed program planning (approval of curricula and development of class schedule), scheduling of instructors, development and administration of examinations, and coordinating of all activities pertaining to the operation of the schools.
Consultant to: Niagara County Community College – 1978. Responsible for evaluating the Criminal Justice Program at Niagara County Community College; Genesee County Probation Department – 1978. Responsible for evaluating the Release on Recognizance program initiated by Probation in 1977; Genesee County Jail Study Committee – 1976-77. Responsibilities included evaluating need for a new correctional facility in Genesee County.
