Mrs. O’Brien joined the program as a full-time faculty member in July 2002. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Accounting and Lead Professor of Accounting. Mrs. O’Brien received her MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Rochester Simon School in 1990. She taught in the PLUS program and also as an adjunct assistant professor for Roberts Wesleyan College since 2001. She is currently working on her doctorate degree in accounting at Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana.

She brings seventeen years of practical experience from Xerox, Corporation. Her last position at Xerox was Vice President of Finance, Information Management Division. Previously, Mrs. O’Brien worked for nine years at Marine Midland Bank (now HSBC) holding the position of an Assistant Vice President. She is a very active member of her church, Grace Church of the Nazarene. She is the faculty advisor for the Women of Hope business camp, held during February break.
