Mr. Hoomans is currently the Assistant Director of Graduate Studies, in addition to being an Assistant Professor of Management and Leadership Studies. He has been a member of the Roberts Wesleyan faculty since 1999 and is presently a doctoral candidate at Regent University, where he is studying strategic leadership. Mr. Hoomans earned his Bachelor of Science Degree at Roberts Wesleyan College and a Master of Science in Career & Human Resources at Rochester Institute of Technology.

Prior to this Mr. Hoomans has worked in the field of Human Resources for 10 years in a number of capacities that included responsibilities for recruitment, retention, and employee relations. However, most recently he occupied the role of Manager of Leadership Development for Wegmans Food Markets – the nation’s best company to work for in 2005. Prior to his career in the field of Human Resources, Mr. Hoomans also worked in the areas of financial aid and admissions at Rochester Institute of Technology.
