| Mrs. Carrie Starr
Associate Professor of Management / SIFE Sam Walton Fellow / Hoselton Chair
Mrs. Starr began working in the undergraduate business department as an adjunct professor in 2005 teaching Creativity and Problem Solving. She has been working with the SIFE team since 2003 as a faculty advisor. Currently Carrie oversees SIFE and continues to teach in the classroom. Prior to working at Roberts, she served as the Eastern Regional Director of Campus Ambassadors, a national campus ministry. Mrs. Starr has twelve years experience working with college students including teaching, writing curriculum, counseling, training student leaders, hiring and training ministry staff, fundraising, and strategic planning. She currently serves as the leader of the Creative Planning Team for West Side Baptist Church and continues to work as a Creativity Consultant for Campus Ambassadors. She is also the full time mother of three children. Mrs. Starr has a Masters Degree in Theological Studies from Northeastern Seminary.
